While you think The Thing would have explored all there is to explore in the realm of Baritone / Double Bass / Drums this trio offers something completely different. ”Spellbound”, consisting of the majority of the album has so much communication you’d think it is a composition - just listen to the introduction between the bass and the baritone. Highly recommended.
